Reuters reports that the pro-Russian separatist leader in Slaviansk, Eastern Ukraine, has appealed for help from the Kremlin on behalf of the “Donetsk People’s Republic”.
If help comes it’s a big story. At this point we can’t know for sure if the Kremlin is already behind the seizures and the plea is just for show.
