Someone won the largest single jackpot in US history
Yesterday's US powerball lottery was for $758.7 million. That's the second-largest draw in US history but it will be the biggest payout because unlike the largest draw, it went to only a single winner.
The lucky person bought the ticket in Chicopee, Massachusetts. There's no word yet on a winner but the numbers were 6, 7, 16, 23 and 26, and the Powerball number was 4.
