Key points are that Mueller could not charge the Pres. with a crime. He did not exonerate the President as well. He leaves the determination up to Congress to make up their own mind.
Stocks have moved lower with the Dow now down -231 points. The Nasdaq is down -62 points but still above the low for the day at 7532 (trading at 7542 currently).
