US State Department comments on re-opening of FBI investigation into Clinton
A State Department spokesman told Reuters it stands ready to cooperate with the FBI.
The State Dept also said it's trying to figure out what the emails pertain to and said they haven't been notified by the FBI.
House Speaker Paul Ryan said that Clinton only has herself to blame for using the server and that Clinton should not receive classified briefings until the email investigation is "fully resolved."
