Survey from consulting firm Aon Hewitt
Businesses aren't planning raises in 2018, but aim to target more performance-based pay, according to a survey of salary planning at 1,062 organizations conducted by consulting firm Aon Hewitt.
The annual survey is in its 41st year and said across-the-board pay raises aren't coming.
