Was the jump in initial jobless claims because of a seasonal distortion or is the US economy weaker?
Yesterday’s Beige Book showed the Fed is confident in the recovery but plenty of market watchers are doubtful. The numbers are out at the bottom of the hour with a 350K reading expected.
