Crazy-busy day

The North American day kicks off with ADP employment data at 15 minutes after the top of the hour. The consensus is 195K, down from 227K in October.

Then at the bottom of the hour there is:

  • Canadian international merchandise trade

  • US trade balance

  • US nonfarm productivity

  • Initial jobless claims

At 1345 GMT (8:45 am ET) the BOC's Poloz will give an update after yesterday's dovish BOC statement.

Then it's quiet until an hour later with the Markit US services PMI.

At 1500 GMT (10 am ET) there are two key reports in the ISM non-manufacturing index and factory orders.

US oil inventories are at 1530 GMT and the Fed's Bostic is at 1715 GMT.

The OPEC meeting is also ongoing.
