Two powerful US names have been steady sellers of GBP today, traders report. One was a seller of cable from near session highs while the other was a buyer of EUR/GBP. Not sure of the catalyst, but the flows have been pretty one-sided.
It is significant to note that cable held below the very strong area of resistance at 1.5500/25.
We trade now at 1.5387 and 0.8440.
