The reading measures analysts' expectations on the Swiss economy and other economic expectations over the next 6 months. Current conditions slip a little as expectations fall as seen in the headline reading, which suggests that there is still lingering uncertainty surrounding trade tensions in the region - not really surprising.
Let's see how things will go following the Trump-Xi meeting later this week, though I reckon it'll do little to improve economic conditions in the euro area regardless.
