If there is a barrier at 1.2900, it is not being defended vigorously. Traders do not see the large offers on the electronic platforms than normally accompany a spirited defense of a strike.
UPDATE: A large offer in excess of EUR 250 mln surfaces at 1.2906.
UPDATE: Paid! EUR/USD trades up to 1.2912 so far.
