The probability of a BOC rate hike in December falls to 34.3 % from 44% before the rate decision

A January hike is at 70%

The more cautious comments from the BOC has lowered the probability of a rate cut hike in December from around 44% to 34.3% currently.

The chance for a cut hike between now and January remains elevated at around 70%.
