2nd leg of the auctions this week

The US treasuries auction off US$24 billion of 10 year notes at the top of the hour.  THe current WI is trading at 2.13%

6 month averages:
  • Bid to cover 2.42x
  • Dealers 25.5%
  • Indirects: 61.8%
  • Directs 12.7%
Yesterday's three-year note auction was met with strong demand.  Not only was the yield lower than the WI level at the auction time, but the bid to cover was higher and dealer take down lower than the 6 month averages.
