Amazon is the great deflationary company of our time while Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan are two of the great companies of all time.

The news today that they're combining to cut US healthcare costs is a potential game changer. These are three companies that don't lose and they're going into an industry that's rampantly inefficient.

What's more, the company isn't even aiming to make money. It's aiming to provide healthcare for the employees of its own workers but that's 500,000 employees and if the model works, it's going to upend US healthcare.

The announcement has hammered US healthcare stocks today and it's the biggest reason the S&P 500 is down 20 points today.
