Theresa May to raise possibility of leaving EU before March 2019 - report

Cable is lower on a report suggesting May will hint or suggest (or threaten) the UK will leave before March 2019.

Seems awful dumb to sell the pound on that headline, the EU holds all the cards and UK businesses aren't going to like that,no chance it happens.

From the report:

"Theresa May will use her Florence speech to raise the possibility that Britain could leave the European Union before March 2019, The Telegraph understands. The Prime Minister will also criticise the Norway model for Brexit, in which the UK would keep free movement and continue to make contributions to the EU budget."
