Goldman has apparently put out a piece saying 1.7000 has proven a watershed level in cable in the past and the failure to sustain gains above that level portends a deep correction.
With the market still scrambling to cover medium-term dollar shorts, this is not what traders need at the moment…
Having broken back below support at 1.6685/95, there is little support until the 1.6572 area.
