Time to crank up the polls

I bet you've missed the deluge of polls since the Brexit vote haven't you? Well, you're likely to get you fill now from the US elections.

Bloomberg are out with a poll showing that Trump and Clinton are evens in a head to head race at 46% each. In a 4-way national race, Trump leads by 43% to 41% for Hillary.

  • Generic House election Democrats 46%, 44% Republican

  • 75% say Obama was born in the US, 11% say he wasn't, 14% don't know

  • 53% say Clinton's truthfulness in poor, 45% says Trump's is poor

  • 36% says Clinton's health is good, 31% poor. Trump - 61% good, 8% poor

  • 49% expect Clinton to have a better debate performance, 39% say Trump

That last metric will be put to the test today as we get the first of three head to head debates between Trump and Clinton.
