Trump to speak Saturday at 3 pm ET
The US government shutdown continues with no end in sight.
Trump tweeted he would make a major announcement on Saturday, sparking speculation he would declare an emergency and direct National Defence funds to building a wall.
However Bloomberg reports that he doesn't plan to declare an emergency so it will likely be more rhetoric and finger-pointing.
