That's not a great sign
I held the belief that he would meet Xi on March 1, right after meeting with Kim but that doesn't seem to be in the cards any longer.
At the same time, it's not being framed as an issue with getting a trade deal. Or maybe it's posturing.
I'm having a hard time getting a read on this one.
