As I say, it may not be big news but given that Russia is active there too, there's always the possibility of something going wrong. Reuters report that the aircraft was warned 3 times before being shot down
If it does develop into something more then we'll see safe haven trades come into play
Update: Reuters now report that Turkey says it was a drone they shot down
