LONDON (MNI) – The U.K. did not agree to new Treaty conventions as
what was on offer in Brussels “was not in Britain’s interest,” U.K.
Prime Minister David Cameron said Friday.
Speaking after the first round of discussions at the Council of
Europe Summit in Brussels, Cameron added that what was agreed by the 17
eurozone members and some of the other members would not impact Britain
and the changes would not be put to the U.K. Parliament for a vote.
