Q4 data for economic growth is due in the UK today. octo October and nove November numbers were published already:
- 0.1% and 0.2% m/m respectively
So that takes some of the interest out of the result.
But developments since then point to quickly slowing growth, if the January PMIs are anything to go by, making Q4 2018 seem a bit old hat.
Data is due at 0930 GMT
- the headline result (preliminary) is expected to be 0.3% q/q, 1.4% y/y
- Q3 was 0.6% and 1.5% respectively
