UK PM May's first major decision when she took office was to put this on hold pending further investigation amid security fears given the large Chinese investment.

This is meant as a significant gesture to say the UK is open for business post-Brexit but the govt is not going to be rolled over. Posturing still but hey, that's politics for you.
