The planned EU referendum is building up a head of steam before reportedly taking place by June next year. The current migrant crisis has pushed the UK's negotiations down the EU agenda and that opens the door further for the No campaigners to potentially win the day and make "Brexit" a reality
For PM Cameron, this will be his first conference speech as prime minister of an all-Conservative government.On Wednesday he is likely to outline what he wants to achieve over the next five years, free from the restraints of coalition politics, and draw a contrast between his programme and uncertainty over Labour's intentions.
He has publicly stated that he will not serve a full-term and is widely expected to stand down in 2019 to give his successor a year to prepare for the next election
