There is also reports that PM May is telling EU officials that the talks with Labour are going better than what is portrayed.
With all the failed expectations, I - like Paul Brand - will believe it when I see it.
UPDATE: EU is set to be heading to a 9-12 month Brexit extension. Going to the end of the year may sound like a logical compliance date, but you get to the end of the year and holiday's get in the way. So going to the end of January or April sounds more logical.
