EU leaders have been bantering in Brussels

  • Cameron says had very substantial discussion with EU leaders, there is a pathway to agreement
  • It will be hard work to get deal on EU reform
  • We have taken "a big step forward" for a better deal
  • Good progress "but it is going to be tough"

All the grandstanding from Cameron about whether or not he supports the UK in the EU is simply so he can extract a better deal before the referendum and then he will throw his support behind the UK staying in.

I mean, does no one else see this? There's no way Cameron has the guts to campaign against the EU in a referendum. If I'm Germany or France, I'd offer him nothing and call his bluff.
