I've said it once, I'll say it again. The key sticking point remains that of the Irish backstop/border. With May reportedly rejecting the EU's proposal, it is now up to the UK to present a viable solution to the matter. I think we all already know no deal is coming in October so now the question is whether or not they can at least get something done in November.
