You gotta give her props for getting this far and for the fancy wording in the draft text that makes it look like it was an improvement to what has been laid out on the table for the last few weeks.
I still don't see how lawmakers will be convinced by the declaration here and they will certainly make that known when she speaks in parliament later at 1500 GMT. Let's see how it goes then.
