UK December public sector net borrowing £33.4 vs £31.4 billion expected

• PSNB (ex banks) £34.1 billion vs £32 billion expected
• Prior £31.6 billion; revised to £26.1 billion

Net borrowing moving higher for the UK as lockdowns are financed. Higher than expected, but no major surprises here. There are some downward revisions from last month.
