UK's Leadsom: Withdrawal agreement bill will be introduced ASAP to give lawmakers time to consider it

As per Brexit tradition, this would mean that lawmakers will only get the details of the withdrawal agreement bill on the day of the vote itself. That has been the case in previous editions of May's deal but given that there is little or nothing to change this time around, perhaps she can disclose it earlier; though I highly doubt it.
