Uptick rule back in 30 days: Rep Frank

Short-sellers on Wall Street beware. Powerful House Financial Services committee Chair Barney Frank says the uptick rule, a hurdle to short-sellers, will be reinstated within 30s days. That is a decision for the SEC, but Barney should be in the loop. The S&P is up 5.4% at writing.

The rule change is is supportive of the stock market in general and should help EUR/USD dips intraday. We trade now at 1.2752.
