US and Canada prepared to sign a trade pact on a dairy issue

Not much details on pact

Perhaps the news is helping to weaken the CAD as dairy was a big talking point in the USMCA negotiations. Oil was getting hit too which helped to weaken the CAD (or so it seemed).
