US DATA: Cleveland Fed’s new Financial Stress Index is currently
still elevated but moderate (low end of grade 3 out of 4 grades). It is
designed to trace stress to its market origin and has 11 components
reflecting four key financial sectors: credit markets, equity markets,
foreign exchange markets, and interbank markets. Updates are due the
