US DATA: CoreLogic’s Q3 negative equity data says 10.7 million, or
22.1 percent, of all residential properties with a mortgage were in
negative equity at the end of Q3. This is down slightly from 10.9 mln
properties, or 22.5 percent, in the second quarter. An additional 2.4
million borrowers had less than 5 percent equity, referred to as
