US DATA: Dec NFIB Small Business Optimism Index +1.8 pts to 93.8 for a
fourth monthly increase. NFIB cautions in 2011 the Index rose in the
early part of the year, only to decline in March and April, and the
Index is still well below where it should be at this point in a
recovery. Plan to increase employment index -1 to +6; Plan to increase
Capital Outlays flat at +24.
