Second day of declines to come
S&P 500 futures are 12 points lower ahead of the cash open. That will follow yesterday's 5 point decline. Futures had been 20 points lower two hours ago but there's been somewhat of a bounce.
Nasdaq futures are modestly higher as the big cap tech divergence trade extends.
