Certainly not as bad as it could have been
The S&P 500 opened at 4356 in a 75 point decline but the index has quickly pared the decline to 60 points or 4372 (-1.4%).
The daily chart did break support at the August low and that's going to be key on a closing basis. It's at 4367.
