US house price data from S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller for March:

  • Prior was +3.47% y/y (revised to 3.52%)
  • m/m +0.47% vs +0.30% exp
  • National index +4.35% vs +4.16% prior

The big test for housing will be the post-pandemic period but given the tone in markets at the moment and ultra-low rates, housing is set-up for something positive.
