US March existing home sales

- Sales -4.9% vs -3.8% expected
- Inventory 3.9m vs 3.6 prior
Details:
- Single family -4.9%
- Condos -5.3%
- Median price +3.7% m/m at $259.7K
That's a sharp jump in prices and compares to $249.8K a year ago. So while sales were back lower, prices were higher. That leaves for a confusing picture of the US housing market.
