Ahead of trade talks that recommence this week. Huh.
As you'll all know by now, separating US-China trade talks from broader strategic issues is very difficult indeed.
This move from US ships is likely to annoy China. But, freedom of navigation and all that, China might just have to suck it up. Won't make the talks any less complex though.
