Big back down from postmaster in statement
- Collection boxes and retail hours to remain unchanged
- Overtime will be paid
- No mail processing facilities to be closed
- Says will deliver election mail on time
This is a major sigh of relief. This wasn't a market-moving story (yet?) but the changes were bordering on third-world election hi-jinx.
