I'm not sure if Trump is referring to China ripping off America or Biden et al.
Regardless, Trump is onto something here. The other side of US politics has been not upset on trade negotiations with China. While Trump's approach appears to be not moving towards a negotiated agreement, like it or not both sides support a firmer hand with China and are not unhappy Trump is taking the lead on this.
