US adds names to the sanctions list

• 33 Russian defense and intelligence officials were added to the US sanctions list

• China Equipment Dept and its director Li Shangfu added to sanctions list for buying equipment from China

• Chinese sanctions because of purchases of Russian fighter jets and surface-to-air missiles

• Sanctions implemented immediately

So you could say they aren't exactly getting along.
