US says Huawei activities are a threat to national security

This in relation to the earlier signing of an order:

• Trump signs national emergency order on telecommunications networks

The order did not specify any particular countries nor companies but that didn't fool anyone.

Now its getting more specific ….

The US has moved to require those wanting to use Huawei products be seek a licence.

The question is now, what retaliation do we expect from China?
