US continues to believe the shortfall will be made up
- Believes Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates are committed to filling void left by ending oil waivers
- US will now look at ways to cut off Iranian attempts to evade oil sanctions.
US believes that between 700 and 800 bpd will be effected by ending Iranian waivers and need to be made up from the end of waivers.
