US equity futures higher
S&P 500 futures are up 26 points, or 1.0%, after a 47 point drop on Friday. It's all very tentative and the real test will be how the market copes with the first round of selling. For me, a 26 point rises is too mushy -- feels like it will end with much more or much less but that's just been the volatile nature of trading this month.
