US Trade Representative Lighthizer says he did not tell business executives that the next tranche of tariffs on Chinese imports is on hold

There are talks taking place between the US and China on trade ahead of the G20. we knew that already. I'd be surprised if some sort delaying of tariffs was not floated during the talks.
The USD has found a small bid on this denial story though.
