The greenback continues its fall on the week

The more notable of the moves are in EUR/USD and GBP/USD as the former touches 1.2400 on the day while the latter continues to break higher, touching session highs of 1.4369.

Trump's tweet from yesterday continues to do the rounds and serves as a reminder that the dollar is in fact still on a downtrend this year.

USD/JPY has also slipped below 107.00 once again, with commodity currencies paring earlier losses against the dollar currently.

Meanwhile, the dollar index touched a low of 89.309 on the day - the lowest since 28 March.
