The Nikkei is flat in early trade but the USD is down across the board after the WSJ article encouraged short covering in the EUR/USD and this spread then to other USD pairs.
NZD/USD is testing the .8215 level mentioned earlier, USD/CHF is close to historic lows and cable is also testing recent highs. USD bulls might want to take an extended coffee break.
