USDCAD moves back above 100 hour MA

Oil is down close to 4% on the day

The USDCAD is clawing it's way back above the 100 hour MA at the 1.3826 level.

Oil prices are trading down 3.33% and is trading at the lowest level since Jan 21.

S&P just sent a bunch of energy related downgrades across the newswires.
