US yields are moving higher this afternoon as US equities bounce and the bond market absorbs another $30 bln in supply. 10-year notes are firmer, up 6 bp from session lows of 3.07% while 2s are at 0.685% from 0.64% earlier in the day.
USD/JPY has bounced to 89.50 prompting a bit of short-covering from day traders. Congestion lies up at 89.60 with more at 89.80.
